Full-day and half-day blocks are available now. Need both addresses? Ask about booking the venue together with full Studio 1A event space at 125.

Booking & Reservations
How do I reserve my event date?
To reserve your event date, you must complete the Event Questionnaire and submit the required non-refundable $50 deposit. Dates are reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
What is the deposit used for?
The deposit is used to secure and reserve your event date on our calendar.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable.
Can I hold a date without paying a deposit?
No. Dates cannot be held without a deposit.
What if someone else wants the same date?
Dates are reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. A date is not secured until the required deposit has been received and confirmed by Make It Factory.
What happens after I complete the Event Questionnaire?
A Make It Factory representative will prepare your rental agreement and invoice and email them to you within 7–10 business days. If you have not received your documents by the 10th business day, please contact us to ensure your inquiry was received.
When is my final payment due?
The remaining balance must be paid in full a week before the day of your event unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.
Venue Access & Setup
When can I access the venue to decorate?
Unless otherwise specified by a Make It Factory representative, access for decorating begins at 8:00 AM on the day of your event.
Can I tour the venue before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage all prospective renters to schedule a tour to view the venue and discuss their event needs.
Can I extend my rental time?
Additional rental time may be available depending on venue availability. Additional fees may apply.
What time must cleanup and breakdown be completed?
Cleanup and breakdown must be completed by the time specified in your rental agreement.
Tables, Chairs & Amenities
How many tables and chairs are included with the rental?
The venue currently includes:
- 6 rectangular 8-foot tables
- 7 round 6-foot tables
- 3 cocktail tables
- 50 chairs
Does the venue have a kitchen?
Yes. We welcome you to schedule a tour to see the kitchen area.
Please note: we do not currently have a stove. A refrigerator is available for use. A sink is available for use. Counter space is available for food preparation and staging.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. The current Wi-Fi availability and access information is posted inside the venue.
Is the venue climate-controlled?
Yes. The venue is equipped with heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available for guests attending events at the venue.
Food & Beverage
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.
Can I hire my own caterer?
Yes. Outside catering is permitted.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol policies may vary depending on the event. Please discuss your event details with a Make It Factory representative before booking.
Decorations
Can I decorate the venue?
Yes! We encourage renters to personalize the space for their special occasion.
Can I hang decorations on the walls?
No. Decorations may not be hung on painted walls or any surface that could be damaged.
Can I use candles or open flames?
Please contact Make It Factory regarding current candle and open-flame policies prior to your event.
Can I use confetti, glitter, or similar materials?
Please check with venue management before using materials that may be difficult to clean or remove.
Events & Capacity
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The standard setup accommodates up to 50 guests comfortably. Contact us if you have questions regarding your specific event setup.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
What happens if I need to cancel my event?
If you choose to cancel your event, your deposit will not be refunded.
Additional cancellation fees may apply based on how close the cancellation occurs to the event date:
More than 21 days before the event: No additional cancellation fee beyond the forfeiture of the deposit.
Between 20 and 6 days before the event: Up to 50% of the rental fee may be charged, along with any expenses already incurred.
Within 5 days of the event: Up to 100% of the rental fee may be charged, along with any expenses already incurred.
What if I need to reschedule my event?
Please consult with a Make It Factory representative about this matter.
What if there is an emergency or unforeseen circumstance?
Please contact Make It Factory as soon as possible. We will review your situation and work with you according to the terms outlined in your rental agreement.
Cleaning Responsibilities
Am I responsible for cleaning up after my event?
Yes. Renters are responsible for basic cleanup before leaving the venue.
What cleanup is required?
Before leaving the venue, renters must:
- Remove all personal belongings and decorations
- Dispose of trash in the designated bins
- Remove any excess trash from the property
- Wipe down tables, counters, bar areas, and other used surfaces
- Clean up spills promptly
- Fold and stack tables and chairs in designated areas
- Ensure restroom facilities are left clean and orderly
What happens if the venue is not cleaned properly?
Additional cleaning fees may be assessed, and renters may be responsible for the cost of professional cleaning services if necessary.
Damages & Liability
Am I responsible for damages during my event?
Yes. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, contractors, or attendees during the rental period.
Will I be charged for repairs or replacements?
Yes. Any repairs, replacements, or restoration costs resulting from damages may be billed to the renter.
Is Make It Factory responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items?
No. Renters and guests are responsible for their own personal property.
