Make It Factory is more than one room — it's a whole campus. 123 E College Ave is our main venue and event space. Next door at 125 E College Ave, Studio 1A combines Juicy Jeigh's drink bar, Wizdum Shop boutique, Kamo King specialty fashion, a bookstore, an art gallery, production studios, and popup events like Vibe & Thrive. Rent the studios, the full Studio 1A event space, or both addresses together.
Founder James Burgess grew up here. After a decade in New York City, he came home to Ashburn to build something lasting — a place where people of all ages explore, shop, create, and gather.
A percentage of every dollar spent at Make It Factory goes directly to local nonprofits supporting the arts, technology, and community. Check the Community page for events, or browse the Creative Directory to find local creatives.
